At Oath Organic, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines, shipping charges, tracking, and how we handle delivery-related issues.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

During sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take additional time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of significant delays.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer delivery across India through our logistics and courier partners.

Standard Delivery: Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, or promotional campaigns. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your customer account, depending on the shipping service used.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the courier collects your package.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and shipping address are accurate when placing your order.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply where applicable.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or videos of the package and products.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution under our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, public holidays, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in such situations.

8. International Shipping

Oath Organic currently ships within India only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
